Description

The award-winning Sunseeker 76 Yacht offers exceptional performance and design, with a first-class hull with excellent seakeeping, elegant lines, and large windows for impressive interior volume. TOP LEVEL was delivered in August 2018 and has since been privately owned and managed by a professional crew. She is in turnkey condition, ready for the season after a recently completed full winter maintenance. Renowned designer John Vickers played a key role in creating her distinctive interiors, with bespoke touches including luxurious inlaid carpeting, carefully selected fabrics, and an independent electrochromic glass panel behind the helm station. Every detail has been carefully considered. It offers high-end amenities with Platinum, Beach Club, and Navigation packages and is powered by upgraded MAN 1550 engines, with a top speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 20-26 knots. However, using fin stabilizers, this yacht can also cruise at low speeds (10-12 knots) very economically and comfortably. An exceptional example of the Sunseeker 76: proven design, top performance, and refined style.

Entering the spacious cockpit area, featuring a corner lounge on the left facing aft, one is immediately struck by the size and refinement of the yacht. The view of the saloon reveals a large American walnut floor, which draws the eye to a refined and spacious interior. Discreet, low-profile furnishings on both sides create an elegant flow, leading to the heart of the yacht. The open-plan galley on the starboard side is practical and stylish, positioned opposite an elegant dining table ideal for entertaining guests. An exclusive “floating” step leads to the raised helm station, where an inviting corner sofa offers a perfect vantage point. On the port side of the saloon, a 55-inch TV folds neatly into a concealed cabinet, creating a relaxing and functional area for evenings with family and friends. Large windows flank both sides of the saloon, flooding the interior with natural light and offering panoramic views of the ever-changing seascape. The space appears open, bright, and luxurious, with antique brown granite countertops, fine wood flooring, and refined design elements creating perfect harmony. Descending the wide staircase leading to the lower deck, you will discover luxurious carpeting and a clever layout: the master cabin is on the right, the guest and VIP cabins on the left. The full-beam owner's suite impresses with its lounge area, portside wardrobe area, spacious closets, and a refined private bathroom. A 55" TV and high-quality audio system enhance in-room entertainment. Guest accommodations include a spacious double cabin on the starboard side, a cabin on the port side with the option of converting the beds into a double bed, both with private bathrooms, and a VIP suite in the bow, offering generous proportions and comfort. Each cabin is equipped with superior quality spring mattresses and large windows, creating bright and welcoming environments. At the stern, the crew quarters include a Pullman berth, offering increased capacity, or alternatively, an extraordinarily spacious fifth cabin for the owners.
